HONOLULU - www.hawaiiselfstorage.com - Hawaii Self Storage today announced plans to build two, new state-of-the-art storage facilities in Mililani and Kapolei, adding to the three current locations in Salt Lake, Pearl City and Kaimuki. MiniCo and OpenTech Alliance Pursue Asian Markets with Joint Venture
Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) January 25, 2008 -- Marilyn Leslie, President, MiniCo Asia, Ltd., has announced the launch of a joint venture with another Phoenix-based company, OpenTech Alliance, Inc. (http://www.opentechalliance.com) The new company, OpenTech Asia, Ltd., combines MiniCo's over 34 years of self-storage industry experience with OpenTech's innovation to create a company focused on delivering self-storage technology and products to Asian markets.
Robert Chiti, Director of OpenTech Asia, Ltd., and President and CEO of OpenTech Alliance, Inc., views joining forces with MiniCo as a natural progression for his company. "OpenTech has several years of experience introducing self-storage automation technology to self-storage businesses in the U.S. and Canada," he commented. The self-service kiosk allows customers access outside of normal office hours. Using the kiosk, customers may rent a self-storage space, make a rental payment, purchase a lock, check their balance, and purchase tenant insurance.
